Our base packages feature a gorgeous, rotating selection of high-quality seasonal favorites (like standard roses, spray roses, carnations, premium eucalyptus, etc)
If your event mood board requires ultra-premium or specialty blooms—such as Peonies, Garden Roses, Ranunculus, Dahlias, Orchids, or Delphinium—we are happy to source them! A luxury stem surcharge will apply based on current market wholesale rates.

Hi, I’m Haley!
Founder of this mobile bloom bar, wife, and new mommy to my baby boy. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the art of creating my own bouquets! Handselecting each stem, playing with texture and color, and turning simple florals into something thoughtful and beautiful. What began as a personal creative outlet naturally grew into the inspiration behind this business.
I created this bloom bar to bring that same experience to others in a way that feels elevated, intentional, and a little indulgent. It’s a space where flowers become more than just arrangements, they become a moment to slow down, create, and truly enjoy something beautiful. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to feel fresh, refined, and memorable.

From the florals to the smallest finishing details, I pour care, creativity, and intention into every setup to make your celebration feel truly unforgettable. Each client also receives a custom mockup before event day, allowing you to fully visualize your bloom bar and feel confident that every detail will come together beautifully.

Policies

Securing Your Date: We require a 50% reservation fee to lock your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

Delivery & Location: We gladly offer complimentary delivery and setup within 10 miles of our home studio. For events further out, a small travel fee will apply.

Weather & Space: Because flowers and our luxury setup pieces are delicate, we just ask that you provide a shaded or covered backup space in case of extreme heat or rain.
